Frequently asked

How much does a delivery app take per order?

The commission varies with the plan and delivery mode, usually between 12% and 27% of the order value. The simulator above keeps that number editable so you can enter the rate from your own contract.

Is it worth keeping your own channel alongside the app?

In most cases yes. Own-channel fees sit around 1% to 2% for Pix or card, against more than 20% on the app. The app brings new customers; the own channel is where repeat orders should happen.

The tool above solves one calculation. What I do under contract is keep it running inside your system, on your data, with nobody typing anything.
