What do the 44 digits of the access key mean?
In order: the state code, the issue year and month, the issuer CNPJ, the document model, the series, the invoice number, the emission type, a random numeric code and the check digit.
How do I know the key is correct?
The last digit is computed from the previous 43 using module 11. If the calculation doesn't match the given digit, the key was mistyped or tampered with.
