What is the CEP coordinate for?
For measuring distance and building a delivery radius. With latitude and longitude you can automatically work out whether an address falls inside the area you serve.
What is the IBGE code?
It is the official identifier of the municipality. Brazilian tax and electronic-invoice systems use that code instead of the city name, which can be spelled several ways.
